Privacy policy
Effective: 10 July 2026.
This privacy notice describes the data protection principles applied by NGQ Service Center (the “Controller”) and informs website visitors, contact form users and webshop customers about the processing of personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Hungarian law.

2. Categories of personal data
Through the contact forms on the website the following data may be provided:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Service (selected category)
- Message (free text)
For webshop orders, billing and optionally shipping details (address, delivery method) may also be processed to fulfil the order.
The Controller does not collect other personal data automatically via the contact form.
3. Purpose of processing
Personal data are processed for:
- Enabling contact
- Responding to enquiries
- Providing information related to the enquiry
- Follow-up contact at the data subject’s request
- Service-related arrangements (repair, quotes)
- Fulfilment of webshop orders and invoicing
4. Legal basis
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – the data subject’s voluntary, clear consent – and for orders also Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
Providing data is voluntary, but contact or ordering is not possible without the required details.
5. Retention
- for 12 months from the last contact, or
- until the data subject requests erasure
Unless a longer statutory retention applies (e.g. invoicing), data are then permanently deleted.
6. Recipients
Personal data may only be accessed by the Controller and persons engaged by the Controller to perform work. Data are not sold or rented for marketing purposes.
7. Processors

The processor processes data only for technical tasks and does not use them for its own purposes.
8. Security
The Controller applies appropriate technical and organisational measures so that personal data:
- are protected against unauthorised access,
- are not disclosed or damaged unlawfully,
- are not destroyed unlawfully.
Processing takes place in a password-protected system with SSL encryption.
9. Data subject rights
You have the right to:
- request information about the processing of your personal data
- request rectification
- request erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
- request restriction of processing
- request data portability

The Controller will examine requests within 30 days and provide a substantive reply.
10. Remedies
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with:

11. Cookies and web analytics
The website may use necessary cookies (e.g. session, CSRF protection) without consent. Statistical cookies (Google Analytics / gtag) are loaded only with your explicit consent. Consent can be given via the cookie banner and changed anytime via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC. The legal basis for analytics is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
Forms may be protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which is also subject to Google’s own privacy terms.
12. Other provisions
The Controller reserves the right to amend this notice. Changes will be published on the website.
